INFORMATION

Our focus is to provide you with the very best instruction in the art and entertainment of dance. We are thrilled you have chosen our wonderful studio, and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Our regular dance year begins mid-August and ends at the end of June, however we enroll new dancers year round. We spend September through January training our students in dance technique and performance in preparation for our end of the year dance concert. This is an exciting time when we build teamwork, discipline, lifelong friendships and passion for dance.

In the months of February/March we begin preparations for our end of the year recital, "Encore". An email with more information on our end of year recital goes out each year in January/early February.

General Tuition Information

Drop-in Rate: $25 per class.
CORE Dance uses a flat monthly tuition model, averaging four classes per month over the calendar year. Rates remain the same regardless of the number of weeks in the month.
Tuition can be paid monthly or upfront for the full year. No refunds will be issued.

Automatic Payments

Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month if you are enrolled in Auto-Pay.
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all students.
If a class is attended without prior payment, the card on file will be charged automatically.
An annual, non-refundable $45 processing fee per family is due at the time of registration.

Late Payments & Fees

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month and must be paid before attending class.
Payments not received by the 7th will incur a 10% late fee per week, per dancer, automatically charged to the card on file.
Tuition and late fees are due regardless of attendance.

Enrollment & Cancellation

Written notice is required to cancel enrollment.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after Auto-Pay has processed.
If you plan to cancel for the upcoming month, email us before the 1st to avoid being charged.

Missed Classes & Make-Ups

No refunds will be given for missed classes.
Make-up classes may be requested if you are still actively enrolled. They must be scheduled within one month of the missed class.

Communication

Please provide a valid email address at registration.
All communication is done via email. Notify us immediately if your email address changes.

Private Lessons

Students with an outstanding balance are not eligible to book private lessons.

CORE Dance Policies

We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the following policies for the benefit of all!

Dancer Expectations:

Please arrive on time and ready to dance. For safety reasons, dancers arriving more than 10 minutes late will be asked to observe class.
Hair must be securely tied back. Ballet students are required to wear a bun.
Dancers may ask instructors questions during class—otherwise, talking should be kept to a minimum.
Be respectful and considerate of instructors and fellow students at all times.
Disruptive behavior may result in temporary loss of class privileges. CORE reserves the right to discontinue future services in certain cases.
Zero tolerance for threats, bullying, or acts of violence.
Ask your instructor for permission before leaving the classroom. CORE Dance is not responsible for students once they have left the building.
No food, candy, gum, or open drinks allowed in studios or hallways. Closed water bottles are permitted and encouraged.
Lost & Found bins are located in both lobbies. Unclaimed items are donated monthly.

Parent & Guardian Guidelines

Please do not interrupt classes to speak with instructors. For all questions or concerns, email us at coredance.cc@gmail.com.
Schedule changes must be made via email or at the front desk.
Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited during class, as it distracts dancers and instructors.
Parents are welcome to observe classes via lobby monitors or the Studio 2 observation window. Standing at doors or in hallways is not allowed.
CORE reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Credits will be issued for any prepaid, canceled classes.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
