Barre fitness classes are a fun and challenging way to strengthen your body. Barre classes include low impact strength training and stretching to a fun playlist. Classes are inspired by ballet, fitness, pilates, dance, yoga and physical therapy - with upbeat music and inspiring instructors.

A Barre workout is low impact which puts less stress on your body and allows you to keep good form. We focus on the moves that are most effective and that cultivate good posture, strong, long, lean muscles, and functional movement. You can expect to sweat, smile, shake, and push your muscles.
